Hi All,

After numerous internal discussions we decided that Broadcom will be a Participant member in the Eclipse Cloud Development Tools workgroup as opposed to the current Strategic member. While we will continue to re-evaluate our position every year, we felt being a participant member is appropriate based on where things stand today.
