The Cloud Development Tools Working Group Steering Committee approved its budget and participation fees on January 23, 2020.  Subsequently the Steering Committee requires approval to update the working group charter with the participation fee schedule.  Please see the revised charter (version 1.5) attached.

On behalf of the Steering Committee, I seek your approval as Executive Director to update the working group charter as requested and post to the website accordingly.
