[ecd-tools-wg] ECD WG Steering Committee Participant seat

Hello everyone,

Last Thursday, October 3rd, the ECD WG Steering Committee held
its first meeting where the group unanimously approved the Charter.

One of the first actions of the Steering Committee is to notify
all Participant Organizations that the Eclipse Foundation will
shortly organize a vote to select the organization that will represent
this group as holder of the Steering Committee Participant seat.

According to the Charter, the selected representative will hold 
the seat until June 30th, 2020 when another election will be held
for 2020-2021

or email me directly. The exact details of the voting procedure
will be sent later this week.
