Voting will close on 2024-09-25 for the Committer election of Stefan Dirix on
project Eclipse Theia (ecd.theia).

Criteria:

Stefan made some fantastic contributions to the project such as:
- The browser only mode of Theia
- Led the development of the new Theia AI feature

Aside from that, he also contributed various fixes and improvements to the
Theia framework.

It is my pleasure to nominate Stefan as a committer on Eclipse Theia.
