Hi AllAs Wayne recommended, I would like to ask for an exemption from the PMC. I've had a few conversations with individual team members and several with their management and here is what we have come up with as an interim solution.The team had a retrospective specifically on this subject and they came up with several ideas on how to change the way they do things. They see positives and negatives to each of them and would like to actually try each of them internally before choosing one (or a combination). They work in 2 week sprints and would like to finish the current iteration before starting this (~3 weeks from now). So I expect the first attempt to start in about 3 weeks. Hopefully we will be able to see some smaller changes starting to flow to the repository some time after that, as opposed to the monolithic commits that we are seeing now.
