A committer election for Philip Langer on project Eclipse Theia™
(ecd.theia) was started by Paul Maréchal with this criteria:

I want to nominate Philip Langer for his continued involvement in maintaining
Theia by opening PRs to improve the playwright test tooling as well as to fix
bugs in the framework.
