A committer election for Tobias Ortmayr on project Eclipse Theia™ (ecd.theia) was started by Thomas Mäder with this criteria: Hi folks, Tobias Ortmayr has been contributing to Theia for around two years now, starting with improving the documentation, but also contributing significant code in various areas. His "Magnum Opus" is of course the performance improvement work in our RPC framework, which is used for all our RPC needs as of this Monday. It is my pleasure to propose Tobias as a committer on the Theia project.
