[ecd-pmc] Committer Election for Stanko Uzunov on Eclipse Che4z has star

A committer election for Stanko Uzunov on project Eclipse Che4z
(ecd.che.che4z) was started by Roman Kupriyanov with this criteria:

Stanko (user uzust01) has been working with the Che4z team and Explorer for
Endevor project in particular for some time. He helps the team and the
project a lot by working on the releases and always open for new
opportunities to make a project better.

Recently, he opened one big pull request:
https://github.com/eclipse/che-che4z-explorer-for-endevor/pull/264 with
adding a significant fixes for the Explorer for Endevor project: introducing
a support of the v1 APIs of Endevor 18.0 and adding a signout override
ability for the Signout operation. The changes also improve the user
experience with the Explorer for Endevor profiles creation, by allowing users
to test connection details throughout the process and to help preventing
incorrect values to be used.

Moreover, Stanko helped a lot with raising a coverage of the project's unit
tests within the recent releases as well as providing bug fixes and
eliminating some technical debts.

All the PRs have been merged and a new release put out as a result of all
this work. Stanko has a strong grasp of the architecture and features that
are in the runway.

For these reasons and the long-term outlook for their involvement on the
team, it is my pleasure to nominate Stanko as a committer on Eclipse Che4z.
