This is the formal request for approval for the release of Eclipse JKube 1.0.0.

This release review should also be the graduation review for the project. As of now, the project is technically stable enough to be a complete replacement for Fabric8 Maven Plugin and the community is growing at a good pace ([1], [2] & [3])
