A committer election for Nigel Westbury on project Eclipse Theia (ecd.theia)
was started by Paul Maréchal with this criteria:

Hi, I would like to nominate Nigel Westbury as a Theia committer.

Nigel has been contributing to the Theia repository for some time already
(https://github.com/theia-ide/theia/pulls?utf8=%E2%9C%93&q=is%3Apr+author%3Awestbury+),
and every time he took much care in getting things right.

Hence why I think it would be beneficial both for the project and for Nigel
to have him as a committer.
