Hi Team,

Please approve the Orion 17.0 release that is scheduled for January 11, 2018.

The release review materials are available here: https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/ecd.orion/reviews/17.0-release-review

The IP log is not available yet as we are waiting on one last CQ to be approved - it will not block the release if not approved, we can ship without it.
