[ecd-pmc] PMC Approval for Che 4.4.0

Dear PMC,

We are pretty excited about this new release of Che, we’ve finally got the fix from Guice which was creating problems with the Che binaries signed from Eclipse’s servers. 

So with 4.4.0 we’ll be able to provided signed binaries to the community and of course we want to do that as soon as possible.

Could you please approve the release documentation for 4.4.0 release of Che.
