[ecd-pmc] ECD Planning Council representatives

Greetings ECD PMC!

I noticed that you don't have a representative on the Planning Council. John had been playing that role, but has withdrawn from the PMC. Can you please select somebody to provide that representation?

I'd like to direct your attention to Bug 485788. The Eclipse Tools for Cloud Foundry project wants to participate in the packages, but to do so must also participate in the simultaneous release. I believe that they could benefit from some PMC assistance.

While I'm at it, the PMC has no official Architecture Council representative. This is lower priority as the concerns of the ECD PMC can be represented by Martin who is an appointed member.
