I’m seeing a few problems: 

1. The pom.xml in org.eclipse.eavp.target.mars has a version of 2.1.8.20160208 instead of 2.1.8-SNAPSHOT.
2. The pom.xml in org.eclipse.eavp.feature has a version of 2.1.8.qualifier instead of 2.1.8-SNAPSHOT.
