Sigh. Sorry for not caring about that. I just want easy
access to the tools I need.

Doug, this is mostly
because they haven't been through the vetting process
required by officially released tools. This isn't just
the CQ's but also ensuring that things like
internationalization, accessibility and docs are up to
spec...
There's also an advantage
to leaving them in the incubator as long as possible; it
allows progress at a rate that's hard to match with
'released' code (where breaking backwards compatibility
is a no-no....). I think that most of the tools have
matured pretty well and would make viable Luna
candidates though.
If some of the tools
aren't yet ready for prime time perhaps we could offer
them in the Eclipse Marketplace (as well as providing
them in the current update site) ?
