We are wrapping up 0.13 (it's a checkpoint, since this is an incubator project) and moving to 0.14.

I promoted 0.13 to http://download.eclipse.org/e4/downloads/drops/R-0.13-201302282200/

The update site is now http://download.eclipse.org/e4/updates/0.13

Please confirm they work for you, they should be installable into Juno SR2 and Kepler.

The first 0.14 build looks like its available at http://download.eclipse.org/e4/downloads/ and its matching update site is http://download.eclipse.org/e4/updates/0.14-I-builds
