This automatically generated message signals that Lars Vogel has nominated
Sopot Cela as a Committer on the eclipse.e4 project. The reason given is as

Sopot is very active in the Eclipse 4 community. He answers questions in
the Eclipse 4 forum and provided various patches for the e4 tooling project
which we applied to the source. 

I think it would be very beneficial to allow him to work directly on the e4
tooling. He also indicated that he has interest to work on the
generalization of the  rendering framework. 


The vote is being held via the MyFoundation portal: voters *must* use the
portal for the votes to be properly recorded.  The voting will continue
until either all 61 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least
one week). Sopot Cela must receive at least three +1s and no -1s for a
successful election.
