Hi,

There are 4 bugs still open on our 4.1 model evolution (324957), where
the one with the biggest impact are:
* 320171: [Model] Use real Java-References in the Binding-Model-Elements
* 317438: [Model] RenderedToolBar and RenderedMenu should be internal

Are we planing to work on this? I'd really like to see 320171 get fixed
because using String-References is the same nightmare we've had in 3.x
but this would mark a breaking change.

I can prepare the model changes as well as updating my ModelTooling but
would need help from Paul and Remy to fix the rest of the codebase.
