[e4-dev] [releng] M6 today. Build now + final build at 14:00 EDT

We're producing our M6 build today.  There's a build now, followed by
an 4.0 SDK.

There will also be the last build at 14:00EDT, followed by its
matching 4.0 SDK build at 15:30 EDT.  Could developers please try out
last night's 17:30 build and this morning's 09:05 build and confirm it
contains what they expect?

Please announce any code checking for the 14:00 build on this list.
After that, HEAD will be frozen until we declare M6 [1].
