[e4-dev] [releng] final builds for M4

There will be a build tonight, I20100225-2100.  If you want something
in M4, you should make sure it is in tonight's build (or have a plan
for getting it in tomorrow morning).

That means tomorrow morning you need to verify that your code is in
the e4 SDK zips we produce, that the demos run, the wiki reflects how
e4 works in M4, etc.

There will be another build tomorrow morning at 08:00 to include SWT
fixes, and a final build at 12:00 to include any other important bug
fixes and demo fixup.
