[e4-dev] removal of org.eclipse.ui.* bundles in org.eclipse.e4.ui

org.eclipse.ui.ide was forked in org.eclipse.e4.resources for the 0.9
flexible resource work.  We're not going to touch that.

But we forked org.eclipse.ui, org.eclipse.ui.workbench,
org.eclipse.ui.ide, and org.eclipse.ui.ide.application in
org.eclipse.e4.ui for the 0.9 compatibility work, and then never used
them.

We'll delete them before this week's I build.  If you have any
comments, please add them to the above bug.
