Usage is one side; but there are cases where the Dependancies node is not desired.

Rob, Der-Ping: There's another bug discussing the same (or just similar?) issue, and its been around for too long. The latest annotations say that removing the dependencies nodes is blocked by changes required in Model Base. Can't we get the long standing issue sorted out?
