[dtp-dev] Fixed 162280 provisional api - org.eclipse.datatools.connectiv

Attention SQL Tools Team:  Please
apply patch titled "SQL Tools Patch"attached to the defect in
order to adapt to these changes.  The SQL Tools patch does not include
version number updates.  Use this patch if you have not already applied
the patch from defect 162279 as it contains both fixes.

Attention Adopters:  You may need
to update some import statements.

The classes DDLGenerator, EngineeringOption,
ICatalogOject, ICatalogObjectListener, ICatalogProvider and RefreshManager
have
been moved from  org.eclipse.datatools.connectivity.sqm.internal.core.rte
to 
org.eclipse.datatools.connectivity.sqm.core.rte.

The affected plug-ins had their version
numbers updated.
