[dtp-dev] Obtaining lpg.jar

I cannot download lpg.jar as specified in 
http://www.eclipse.org/datatools/project_sqldevtools/sqltools_doc/sqlqueryparser_lpg_readme.html
I am getting "login failed" on https://testcase.boulder.ibm.com/ for 
user: "dtp".
With user : "anonymous", I could log in but can't locate this file.

How to get it ?
