My understanding is that this defect
fix cannot be delivered to DTP 0.9, however I have added the new plug-ins
to CVS and attached patches for the remainder of the fix to the defect
to be applied post 0.9.

The fix for this defect includes the
patches and four new plug-ins:

org.eclipse.datatools.enablement.ibm.db2.iseries.profile
org.eclipse.datatools.enablement.ibm.db2.zseries.profile
org.eclipse.datatools.enablement.ibm.informix.profile
org.eclipse.datatools.enablement.msft.sqlserver.profile

This fix includes support for new databases
and versions, a reorganization of the categories for driver definitions
(see screenshot attached to defect)  and support for additional JDBC
drivers.
