[dtp-dev] DTP 0.9 5/1 Build Available

The 5/1 build of DTP 0.9 is now available on the download site. This is the
first test build for RC2 targeting Wednesday. It has been built and tested
with Eclipse 3.2RC2 and the latest I-builds for GEF and EMF. All committers
should update to this base platform to insure that DTP 0.9 builds going
forward work in Callisto.
