[dtp-dev] configurationType No Longer Required

I've just checked in a change that makes the deprecated configurationType
attribute for connectionProfile extensions optional.  Leaving it as
required meant extension implementations needed to specify this deprecated
attribute.

Also removed attribute from the generic DB connection profile and the Derby
connection profile.
