[dtp-dev] Fix delivered for BZ 131354 - Error message if not driver temp

Hi all...

Just wanted to let you know that I delivered a fix to Connectivity to fix
BZ 131354 - Error message if not driver templates installed. If no driver
templates or template categories were in the installed plug-ins, the
preference page would throw a nasty error. Fixed that and disabled all the
buttons if nothing is selected.
