Explorer (dt.aaspe) was started by Andreas Orzelski with this criteria:

Marta is the key person to bring github/admin-shell-io/AASX Package Explorer
to Eclipse AASX Package Explorer.

Marta is handling all the license and copyright issues and is very active in
contributing to AASX Package Explorer.
She has updated many source code files accordingly.
