[dsdp-tm-dev] Releasing changes (was: FTP via jakarta commons?)

Yes,

as the Component Owner you are responsible for releasing your plugins
to the mapfile through team > release when you think they are ready.
You can release only the relevant FTP portions.

The old integration is worthless, but every little bit we can already
test of the new integration is very helpful.
