I thought that the ramp-down policy refers to how you manage to reduce the risk of changes as the release is nearing completion.  With, this definition I'm not sure how the ramp-down policy of either release would relate to end-of-life.  Maybe someone else can add some clarity here :-)

The only think I was confused by, is why the End of Life slide mentions
Ramp Down Policy for 0.1 release.  Is it a typo?
