The eRCP
Project Plan is up, but also rather thin since the next release is just a
maintenance release. I did not see how to add additional releases to the XML.
Does anyone know how?

Hi
Dave,
Thanks
for letting us know.
1)
Your project plan is really thin right now. There’s not enough to generate the
roadmap document in my opinion. Can I suggest that you just add some text to
your T&P section. The bugzillas can come later.
2)
The Board Report is excellent. It’s honest about your current progress and very
clear on your next steps. Thanks. I put a single sentence under Meritocracy.

Doug,
I'm
traveling this week so I may have to miss this meeting; a last minute trip to
the east coast was added to my agenda. I'll try to call in, but since
I'll be on the east-coast, it's likely that the time will collide with a
meeting.
I
think I'm up to date on both the XML project plan and the Board report and I'll
be back in the office Friday.

Hi folks,
Just a reminder
that we have a PMC meeting this week.
http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/meetingdetails.html?year=2008&month=9&day=11&hour=13&min=0&sec=0&p1=224&p2=24&p3=43&p4=223&p5=101&p6=248
The two most
critical items are the XML Project Plans and the DSDP Board Report. I’ll be
reviewing both this week. If you’re behind, please spend some time today and tomorrow
catching up.
Thanks,
Doug
