[dsdp-mtj-dev] Build Properties support

Hello Everyone,

   I have just committed the code for the multi source configuration 
(build.properties support). There is a new build editor and new pages on 
the Application descriptor editor to manage the build.properties. I hope 
everyone likes it!!
