Title: simplification on mtj templates extension point

Hi,

After we commit the change proposed by gorken that merged the “create midlet suite” wizards, we note that it was possible to simplify the extension point that defines a midlet template. David implemented that and the contribution was attached to bugzilla (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=265718 ). I reviewed yesterday david’s contribution and committed to SVN.
