I took a look at this over the weekend and now understand what state the
code is in. Essentially, it is currently all commented out. I did
start to play with the ASM 3.0 based code over the weekend and
understand what would be required to get the work done... unfortunately,
it is probably not going to be something I can get finished for a
while... Things are going to get very busy for me with work and soccer
for at least the next month. I will continue to work on this if it
makes sense to do so, but it probably isn't worth holding things up for
this to get completed.

I just checked out the preverifier from MTJ to see how far away we are
from running on ASM 3.x. It appears that someone has been doing some
work to at least get things to compile on ASM 3.x? What else has been
done at this point? What are the remaining steps to be able to make the
transition?
