[dsdp-dd-dev] Two bugs in IP-XACT editor

There are two bugs in the IP-XACT editor, both of which are trivial to fix:

 

http://bugs.eclipse.org/235199 - Unmappable character for encoding UTF8

http://bugs.eclipse.org/235287 - Version numbers wrong in IP-XACT components

 

I have created patch files for both these bugs, and attached them to the bugzilla entries.

 

Given we are late in the Ganymede release process, and neither of these are truly critical for users, I would welcome comments on whether these should be fixed for Ganymede.
