RE: [dsdp-dd-dev] DD M7 Manual Testing

Forget the dropins folder. It's some evil dark magic that doesn't do
what you expect.

To install the CDT, download the master zip. In the software updates
dialog on the Available Features tab, click add site. In that dialog
click Archive and add the path to the zip there. You should then have
the CDT features in the Available Features list. Select them (probably
everything in CDT Main Features) and click Install.

That's the p2 way to install. Unzipping will likely never work again
(althought I think that's what the dropins folder really is - unzip into
there - but don't do that ;).
