This comes from some Europa testing.  Do you have an opinion on this?
This might qualify as a fix we do during the RC builds.

The IP-XACT views must not be opened in the resource perspective because
they
are meaningless for a lot of people and are polluting. In addition to
that on
the activation of a brand new workspace, their initialization takes a
lot of
resources.
