Pawel,
Just a short comment regarding the set-up procedure. There is no need to
set the source mappings for each session (step 6). You can add the
"/cygdrive/c/" -> "C:\" mapping or any other mappings just once using
the "Common Source Lookup Path" preference page
(Window->Preferences->C/C++->Debug). The source containers added to the
common source lookup will be used by all sessions.

As agreed in meeting this morning, I moved the DSF design docs and
set-up instructions to Twiki. They are now at:

also updated the set-up instructions with current of of plugins,
dependencies, and features.
