My conference provider doesn't currently support clairvoyance, but tech
support assured me they are working on it. :)
Instead, we could just use the first hour for TM and the second hour for
DD. If TM goes short, we'll drop off until DD starts.

How are those *not* involved with TM going to know when to call in for
option a)?
If the answer involves any sort of clairvoyance, my vote is for b). ;)
