To avoid confusion, we should follow exactly what the Jakarta EE Calendar states.  The Jakarta Data github page has links to the Jakarta EE Calendar in several time zones.  For anyone with a time zone that isn’t listed, you can select one of the links for a different time zone and replace the time zone parameter &ctz=… with your own time zone.
