To help continue that discussion at the next meeting, I’ve created an issue using that template, following on to the initial issue that Otávio created which is free form, so this gives us examples of both styles.  I don’t have any preference myself on free-form issues versus issues from template and will be happy to go along with whatever the majority opinion is.
