[dash-dev] If Builds are Failing check the Node

If your builds are suddenly starting to fail.  make sure you have your 
jobs setup to only run on the Master node for now.   We are testing one 
of the Slave nodes, and your jobs may fail if run on those nodes for the 
time being.
