I think this has to deal with project layout... Tom's currently layout doesn't have the "trunk" folder and I recall debugging this awhile ago and that caused an issue. https://build.eclipse.org/hudson/job/cbi-UFaceKit-nightly/9/console I'm still hitting the same problem.
