[dash-dev] Eclipse Monkey License/About Files

Hi All (in particular Bjorn),

If someone could please review the about.html files and license.html
file in Eclipse Monkey to make sure it matches the current requirements,
it would be most appreciated. I believe I have fixed all remaining
issues, but a second set of eyes with experience in this area would be
helpful.
