[cross-project-issues-dev] No M3 build will be produced - RC1 is next we

Hi folks,

In light of the signing problems (see email from Ed below) we are not going to produce an official M3 build. We need all the affected projects to respin in time for RC1, once the new certificate has been deployed by the webmaster. I am hopeful that the affected projects won't see this as too much of a burden as I expect most of them were planning on a new build for RC1 anyway. 

I encourage all affected projects to contribute as early as possible (once the new cert is available) to minimize how much testing and chasing down Ed will have to do to ensure that RC1 is a deployable version.

While we are not producing an official M3 build, you can test the current content in the simrel and epp using the staging locations:

- epp staging p2 repo: https://download.eclipse.org/technology/epp/staging/repository/

@Olivier Goulet I am not sure what the process is for you to skip this displaying M3 on the website - feel free to email me off list if there is anything I can do to help ease the process.
