Hi,

Our porting guide ends up at this link which is broken [1]

Ideally, it should point to [2] (although I am suspicious about the cp=2_3_0 which looks like it can change without warning)

However, there is no help for 2021-03 (https://help.eclipse.org/2021-03/index.jsp)

Should 2021-03 help be generated as part of the normal build? Or should the 4.19 news point to the "old" 2020-12 help?
