[cross-project-issues-dev] Regarding updatation of N&N pages for Eclipse

Hi All,
A Windows 10 Defender
performance issue: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=548443which significantly slows down Eclipse is noticed.
We have reported
the problem to Microsoft via 'Feedback Hub' and until then we have to apply
a work-around to get improved performance on Windows 10.

We have added
below note to Eclipse N&N top level pages[https://www.eclipse.org/eclipse/news/4.14/ and https://www.eclipse.org/eclipse/news/4.13/].
Sharing a screen grab for reference:

Suggest we add
similar entries on N&N pages for Eclipse Installer and EPP.

please plan to take care of this for current release 4.14 and last released
version 4.13, Thanks!
