Hi,

repo.eclipse.org seems to be down again; our Hudson jobs have slowed
down to a crawl because of timeouts accessing it:

> [WARNING] Could not transfer metadata org.antlr:antlr-runtime/maven-metadata.xml from/to eclipse-cbi-releases (https://repo.eclipse.org/content/groups/cbi/): Connect to repo.eclipse.org:443 [repo.eclipse.org/198.41.30.233] failed: Connection timed out

Could someone please restart it? Thank you.
