[cross-project-issues-dev] M7 staging repository is complete

Be sure to test the usual place, especially
with some of the changes we've made, I'd like to be confident we have the
content everyone intended.

I believe the current repo reports are
accurate, 

http://download.eclipse.org/releases/staging/buildInfo/reporeports/

but do plan to work on them the next
day or two, mostly formatting, adding a new one, so if you see "builds
occurring" that may be why. But, I will not change what is actually
at the "staging" site. 

If not blockers come to light, we'll
make M7 available at the .../releases/mars URL, on Friday, around 10 AM.
(It will be a composite, of M7, M6, and M5).
